How do I ensure my property is being properly maintained?

- Move-In & Move-Out Inspections: We conduct detailed inspections before a tenant moves in and immediately after they move out to document the property's condition.
- Mid-Lease Maintenance Survey: Around 6 months into the lease, we schedule a mid-lease check-in. This includes a walkthrough of the property and a conversation with the tenant to identify any maintenance issues or concerns they may have noticed.
- Routine Drive-By Checks: Our team also performs periodic drive-by inspections when we’re in the area to visually assess the exterior and ensure everything looks in order.
