Kevin Martin, the founder and owner of 2912 Realty, a Texas-based property management
company specializing in single-family homes and mid-to-high-tier residential rentals.
Kevin built 2912 Realty to bring institutional-quality property management to individual property owners across the Dallas–Fort Worth area and throughout Texas. His focus is simple: proactive asset protection,
transparent communication, and long-term property value—ensuring every home is managed with professionalism and care.
As a Texas property management professional with decades of experience, his approach is grounded in operational discipline, strong owner relationships, and a deep understanding of the single-family rental (SFR) industry.
Technology Foundation and Operational Expertise
Before entering real estate, he spent over 20 years in the technology industry, working with fast-growth startups to launch new products, implement emerging technologies, and build scalable
operational systems. This background shaped the analytical and systems-driven management style that he brings to every property and client relationship at 2912 Realty.
From ONEprop to a $4 Billion Single-Family Portfolio
Kevin entered the real estate industry in 2003 as an owner of ONEprop, a Dallas-based single-family property management company with ten offices across multiple states, from Arizona to North Carolina. At ONEprop, he led expansion efforts that grew the company from managing less than $100 million in assets to overseeing more than $4 billion in single-family residential properties.
Founder & Co-Owner of Pathlight Property Management
In addition to ONEprop, Kevin was the founder and co-owner of Pathlight Property Management, a Chicago-based affiliate of HomePath. While Pathlight’s headquarters were in Chicago, its operational center was based in Dallas, where Kevin directed national strategy and large-scale portfolio
operations.

Kevin is an alumnus of the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School, a multi-year executive leadership program for founders and CEOs.

Ashley Coppola

With more than a decade of experience in real estate and property management, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge and proven expertise to 2912 Realty. She began her career serving as Branch Manager and REALTOR® for nearly 11 years. In that role, Ashley oversaw the management of more than 120 investment homes and condos throughout the greater Austin area. Her responsibilities spanned every aspect of the business - from conducting market analyses, marketing properties, and screening tenants to coordinating maintenance, ensuring HOA compliance, and guiding clients through leasing, collections, and even the eviction process when necessary.
Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in several states, Ashley’s experience extends beyond Texas, giving her valuable insight into multiple markets. She has also been an active participant in the National Association of Residential Property Managers, where she continues to expand her knowledge and contribute to the professional community.
At 2912 Realty, Ashley combines her operational expertise with her client-focused approach to deliver exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and investors alike. She is dedicated to making each transaction seamless while building lasting relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and results.
